ADOPTION SPECIAL!

It is raining cats here at HSSA and we need to find these friendly felines their forever homes. Today through Sunday 8/2 at HSSA Main Campus and both PAWSH Mall locations cats 6 months and older will have 50% off adoption fees. Adoption fees are as follows:

Adult cats: 6 months- 6 years: $40 adoption fee (originally $80)
Senior cats: 6 years+: $25 adoption fee (originally $50)

Come on out and meet your new best friend!

**ADOPTED** Meet Sophie and Max!

Sophie is an absolute angel. She loves to curl up on a nice comfy blanket and look out of a warm window. Her super soft coat will need to be brushed on a regular basis.

Max is laid back and loves to chill out on his cat tree. He enjoys having his cheeks scratched and playing with his wand toy.

Max and Sophie are low maintenance, on a regular diet, and do not have any known medical issues. If you are interested in Max and Sophie, please stop by the Main Campus and ask to meet them!

Hi friends! Remember me?!

My name is Monte and I'm this week's transformation Tuesday!

When I first came to HSSA, I was very scared and defensive. I was so nervous when the staff would try to get close to me and I would sometimes scare strangers away on accident. I've been here for a long time now, and every day the staff gives me lots of cuddles. My favorite humans are the ones who give me belly rubs!

They've spent a lot of time working with me and helping me understand that people love me. I'm not as scared anymore, though strangers still do make me nervous. They've taught me some sign language too! I know how to sit, even though I can't hear.

I love to play with squishy toys and get a good cuddle with my humans. My dream home is with a family that has lots of love, understanding, and patience. A box of milk bones wouldn't hurt either.

If you think you can give me the bestest home ever, please come by the Main Campus and ask to meet me. I promise to give you lots of love and kisses.

Super Important this is a must!

The Humane Society of Southern Arizona will be providing valuable and potentially life-saving Rattlesnake Avoidance training classes at HSSA’s Companions for Life Center (3465 E Kleindale Rd). Each class gives dogs the necessary training to help prevent an expensive and potentially deadly snakebite. Snakebites are not only dangerous to your pet, they frequently require extensive and costly veterinary treatment if the animal is to survive.
