Beyond communications, she also supports VPD and is a constant source of encouragement and reliability for both colleagues and students. No matter the task, Juanita approaches everything with passion, enthusiasm, and professionalism.

This month we had the absolute joy of surprising Rosie Stephens, our incredible Event Coordinator and Volunteer Coordinator at Mica Mountain! 🎉💙

Rosie is everywhere!! Spreading positivity, lifting others up, and bringing people together in the most effortless, heartfelt way. Her energy is contagious, her attitude is always bubbly and warm, and her dedication to our Mica community is truly unmatched.

She builds wonderful relationships with staff, parents, community members, and local businesses, and she is always the first to jump in with a helping hand. Rosie shines in everything she does, and Mica is so blessed to have her!
