Millions of homeowners feel stuck because moving could mean giving up the low mortgage rate they already have.

The proposed MOVE Act could eventually make portable mortgages possible, allowing qualifying homeowners to transfer their existing rate, terms, and remaining balance to another property.

It’s important to remember that this is only proposed legislation and is not available today.

Rent prices are still moving in the wrong direction for renters.
