WHAT IS AN ESCROW ANALYSIS????

An escrow analysis statement is a review of an escrow account that verifies that there are enough funds to pay for property taxes and insurance premiums.

If their is a surplus your payment can go down however if their is a shortage your payment will go up. the statement will show you what you have been paying and it will show you what you will be paying.

IMPORTANT: to always review it and if you do not understand it please reach out to your lender or to ME with any questions.

Based on what my personal most recent escrow analysis my payment was to go up almost $200 per month

EVERY SCENARIO IS DIFFERENT

My escrow analysis was incorrect and my payment should have only gone up by approximately $46.00.

This was due to insurance carrier changes during the past few months - my servicer updated my escrow account and it was still incorrect, even showing my shortage higher than initially notated.

The mistake was corrected and my payment is back to the lower amount.

SUPER IMPORTANT TO REVIEW and if you do not understand please ask for help!!
