Wow... what an incredible month we had for September! From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU to everyone who took the time to spot Jo, post her location, and join in the fun. Every sighting, comment, and share helped make a difference, and together we turned a simple game into meaningful support for a great cause.

Last month, your participation helped generate donations for the Arizona Fallen Hero Memorial Riders, and I'm truly grateful for every one of you who played along. Your enthusiasm continues to prove that a small act can have a big impact! A total of 7 sightings that's an amazing number! especially since she is always on the move.

As we kick off a new month of JoJo adventures, I'm excited to announce that this month's donations will benefit Eagles Wings of Grace. Their mission is to provide hope, healing, support, and resources to individuals and families facing difficult circumstances, helping them find strength, stability, and a path forward.

So keep your eyes open, snap those photos, and let us know when you spot Jo! Who knows she's probably getting tacos with her dog. Every sighting helps support another amazing organization making a difference in our community.

🚗 Another load of blessings headed out! ❤️

A little Saturday reflection on a great start to this week!
Monday and Tuesday were spent in the beautiful Prescott area, surrounded by some incredible men and women who continue to remind me why I enjoy what I do. Between an inspiring keynote from Kelly Jones, valuable learning opportunities, great conversations, and a little time on the golf course, it was two days well spent! One of the greatest benefits of what I do is the opportunity to surround myself with people who challenge me, share their knowledge, and help me continue to grow. Erik Almquist, Dave Savage, and Jeff Kolzow are currently three of those gentlemen. I appreciate their friendship, experience, and willingness to share both. A special thank-you to Vlasta Duffy and her amazing team, Nicole Pearson, Jessica Skeens, and Marissa Dudek, for all the hard work that went into making this event such a success. And that casino night? What a great way to bring everyone together! As I look back on the week, I'm reminded that some of the best things we take away from these events aren't just what we learn in the meetings, but the relationships we build along the way. Great people, valuable lessons, a beautiful setting, and a few rounds of golf. I'd call that a pretty successful week!

🚒 Happy Heroes Day! ❤️

When I think about heroes, I don't have to look very far. I'm blessed to call one of mine SON.

My son Zach is a firefighter, a man who puts his life on the line to protect others. But what makes me proudest isn't just the uniform he wears. It's the man he is when he's not wearing it.

He's an incredible father, a great son, and someone who genuinely cares about making a difference in the lives of others.

Every year, Zach Pours his heart into Kay's Cactus Classic Golf Tournament, raising money for girls' volleyball scholarships and creating opportunities for young athletes. The time, dedication, and hard work he puts into making that event successful speaks volumes about his character.

As a father, there's something pretty special about watching your son grow into a man you genuinely admire.

Zach, I'm proud of the firefighter you are, the father you've become, and the heart you have for others. You may be a hero to the people you serve, but you'll always be one of my greatest heroes.

Love you, Son!

Because of your participation this month, we were able to make 7 donations to the Arizona Fallen Hero Memorial Riders, supporting an organization that honors and remembers our fallen heroes.

As we wrap up the month today, I want to thank each and every one of you for playing along, sharing your sightings, and helping us give back to our community.

Next week brings a fresh start, a new month, and a new nonprofit to support through our favorite game of "Where's Jo Jo?" Until then, keep your eyes peeled... because who knows where she'll show up next! 👀😄

Happy National Daughters Day!
Today, we celebrate our beautiful Kaylie. What an incredible daughter she was, and what a blessing it was to be her dad. She brought so much love and joy into our lives, and there isn't a day that goes by that we don't lover her, miss her, and wish she were still here with us. We will always celebrate her, cherish our memories, and carry her in our hearts. ❤️🕊️
We are also incredibly grateful for the way God has blessed our lives with Terra, Emily, Shannon and Kelsey. They may not be our daughters by birth, but they have become daughters of our hearts. Each one is a special gift, and we are so thankful God brought them into our family.
Today, we celebrate all four of our girls. Three we are blessed to hold close here on earth, and one we will forever hold in our hearts until we meet again. Different journeys into our lives, but all four loved beyond measure. ❤️
