I’ll find a way! If you’re wondering just like Jarret if you can even qualify for a home, reach out! He wasn’t sure he could afford it, and wasn’t sure how he could get the down payment. I was able to show him, he could pay less or about the same as his rent and found an assistance program for his down payment and part of is closing cost. It was new program I never used before, but with we have so many options, I was able to find the one ☝️

It’s just this easy!! Just an example that happened last week. I took an application, an offer was made and accepted over the weekend. Received contract Monday and come Thursday morning had a full conditional approval pending, appraisal, title and home insurance. BOOM! 💥💥 Not just one file but for 2!

Only God will put you back in places that are meant for you! I left Fairway many years ago because passed, and at the time I couldn’t make my way into the same routine, in the same office, in the same setting and same people. So, I went off and tried a new “place”, which I ended up loving too. But as with life, change happens and you have to make choices aligned with your heart. I’ve made my way back to Fairway! After 20 years in real estate I still have the same passion! I know I do business with a lot of laughter, high energy/fashion!😉, with deep love and connections and a thrill for life! Although, that might not look so traditional, but I truly love and care about those I help and the partnerships I’ve made!
