WHY DO WE SUFFER❓

WE CHOOSE TO DO SO…

You might be thinking “No I don’t!”

“It’s because this happened to me/this person did this or that to me…”

Just hear me out.👇

SUFFERING is a BAD HABIT we’ve fallen victim to.

It’s usually NOT created consciously…

We subconsciously created a habit of giving more meaning to our EXPECTATIONS than our APPRECIATIONS❗️

We allow our SELFISH EXPECTATIONS to overshadow the things we should be looking to APPRECIATE‼️

There is ALWAYS a silver lining‼️

If we’d just create a habit to RELEASE OUR DESIRE to our EXPECTATIONS of outcomes over things we have no control over WE’D FIND MORE JOY in this life❤️

The ONE THING that dictates the quality of our life more than anything IS OUR PERCEPTION OF THE MEANING of things.🔥

If people could find joy and purposeful meaning by appreciating things they DID HAVE in the midst of horrific wars, in the midst of being imprisoned, being homeless, being abandoned as children….

We too can find TRUE JOY and GREAT MEANING in what we do EVERYDAY in EVERY MOMENT.💯❤️

BE GRATEFUL‼️

Babies have a lot of things going right for them of which we can all learn from.🤔

They are PRESENT in every moment💯

They’re CURIOUS about EVERYTHING🧐

They FIND JOY in the small stuff😊

They KNOW WHAT THEY WANT💯

They DON’T CARE about what others think of them🚫

They LEARN AT A RAPID PACE🧠

Their LOVE is UNCONDITIONAL❤️

They’re as GENUINE as ANYONE could ever be❤️

They might not be emotionally mature or know the societal rules of this world but that PURITY about them is something to ADMIRE❤️

It’s something to LEARN FROM💯

The most successful people in this world commonly say “You can learn something from everyone.”✍️
