Realtors, custom home builders and contractors, Are you having trouble finding a local mortgage lender that can offer land loans and construction loans at competitive rates? Look no further and give me a call today! Aside from being able to offer conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans, America First Credit Union is able to finance lots with as little as 20% down!
America First is also able to offer construction loans with as little as 5% down, and the lot equity would be considered as part of the required funds for the down payment of the construction loan. We would finance the land and then roll it into the construction loan, so the buyer only has one payment.
