Generations Protected. Futures Secured
I am writing to share an important update about our agency—one that reflects continuity, family, and our long-term commitment to you.
I began my career with Farmers Insurance in September of 1989, and for more than three decades it has been my privilege to serve you and your family. Over the years, our agency has grown not because of awards or titles, but because of relationships, trust, and a shared belief that our clients deserve personal, consistent care.
With that in mind, I am proud to share that Amber Eghtesadi, my daughter-in-law, will be stepping into the role of Primary Agent as I transition ownership of the agency to her. This marks an exciting step forward as we become a multi-generational, family-owned agency—something I have always hoped to build.
Amber joined the agency in February of 2003, and for more than 22 years she has worked side by side with me, learning every aspect of the business and working with each of our clients. In 2013, she became our Office Manager and Associate Sales & Service Agent, and many of you already know her well. This transition will come as no surprise—Amber has long been deeply involved in your policies, your questions, and your coverage decisions.
Equally important to our continued success is Noelle Holguin, who has been with Farmers for over 22 years. Noelle has been part of our agency since 2021 and brings incredible experience, care, and consistency to our clients. Together, Amber and Noelle ensure that the familiar faces, processes, and service you rely on remain firmly in place.
While ownership is changing, our commitment to you is not. I will continue to be actively involved in the agency, working alongside Amber and Noelle to support our clients and ensure a smooth and seamless transition.
As we wrap up the holiday season, we want to sincerely thank you for your continued trust and loyalty. We truly appreciate your business and the opportunity to service your insurance needs. It has been an honor to work with you, and we do not take that trust lightly.
From our family to yours, we wish you a wonderful holiday season filled with peace, joy, and good health. We look forward to continuing to serve you in the years ahead.
Warmly,
Sandi and Amber Eghtesadi
