A stray dog wandered up to our office this afternoon. We promptly coaxed her to safety inside. And within 10 minutes, she was reunited with her family, and in the loving arms of their grandchildren. Why?? Because her owners had the common sense to put a collar on her, with tags, as well as their Name and phone numbers!! Locating them was EASY!
