Super excited for our client who added a property to their investment portfolio with a RATE UNDER 6%!! This investor got this property with a rate of 5.875% (apr 6.092%)

This is a true success story for a very determined buyer who was focused on completing all items requested in a timely manner in order to be CONTRACT READY!!

Did you know there are preapproval letters out there that are set up for failure because the work wasn't done upfront? I've received 3 calls from agents on both sides of the table asking for assitance to try and save deals because of fall out. I'm so proud to be a good resource for them! I also want to give a shout out to the Realtors who recognize the fiduciary duty that loan officers have to ensure the buyer understands what the options have and how they can empower the buyer's future wealth with transparency and confidence.

Imagine a transaction where the buyer's confidence in the mortgage process feeds into their confidence in negotiations? That's my specialty!

Saw this on a friend's post and thought it was funny and now I want to see YOUR responses.

Here are mine.....

1. We travel and is not related to a funeral
2. We eat out anytime we want
3. We don't swim with a t-shirt on

That being said, those generational/cultural habits also gave me

1. Some of my best childhood memories came from those overnight travel plans 🚗
2. Eating PizzaRama on my parents payday or PizzaHut with my "Book It" reward was the highlight of the month 🍕
3. Was it sunscreen or to cover up the young girl curves, I had my favorite purple oversized shirt for swimming 💜

Can't wait to hear yours!!!

Gratitude .... and a long post 🙏

As I'm sitting in this conference room filled with the movers and shakers of the mortgage broker industry, filled with high energy and positive vibes...... I feel a complete sense of humility and gratitude. A little bit of an out of body experience too.

I've been sitting at the mortgage broker table for almost two decades... but it's only been the last seven years that I started to get outside of my own comfort zone and putting myself to the ultimate test of resiliency. Thanks for my husband and kiddos who've been my partners in life and business!!

In the last year and a half, I've been completely plugged into an amazing ecosystem that has totally catapulted my ability and capacity for success. Beyond grateful for Corrina Carter and Deshawn Smith leading the way!!! ❤️

I'm beyond thankful for the tables I've been invited to sit at, the tables that didn't have a seat for me, the tables I've created in opportunity and most importantly, the tables that have been pulled together to create the culture that has nurtured consistency, freedom and prosperity 💯

Always leading with gratitude because I remember when I had less. And this is why I am so giving with everything I have. Because I truly believe that Collaboration builds Community and I am so proud of the community that I belong to and have the opportunity to help build and support.
