💛 Supporting Grieving Families

I had the privilege of volunteering at the Children’s Museum Tucson as part of Healing with Play, a partnership between the New York Life Foundation and the Association of Children’s Museums.

Together with my incredible colleagues VFG volunteers Matt Minehart, Maria Velez, Sarah Eschenbrenner, Stephanie Kidder, Deborah Parsons, and Stephanie Plaster — we helped create a space where children and families could express their feelings, build connections, and find moments of growth in their grief journey through art, storytelling, and play, beautifully facilitated by Tu Nidito staff and volunteers.

Grief touches us all. When communities come together with compassion and creativity, true connection and healing begin. 💛
