When these borrowers first came to me, they had previously been working with another lender who was unable to get them approved. After reviewing their situation, I was able to find a path forward and get them qualified for the home they wanted 🏠💪

This wasn’t an easy transaction. We faced multiple underwriting challenges, and our closing date had to be extended more than once while we worked through additional conditions and requirements. Back in January, these clients were referred to me believing homeownership wasn’t possible for them.

This transaction wasn’t an easy one. There were several challenges along the way, including extensive back-and-forth with underwriting and additional requirements that had to be overcome to get this loan approved.

One of the biggest hurdles was improving the borrower’s credit profile to meet qualification requirements. Through hard work, patience, and a solid game plan, we were able to increase the borrower’s credit scores and ultimately get them across the finish line 💪

Today, all of that effort paid off. My clients are officially homeowners and starting an exciting new chapter for themselves and their family 🙌🏻🏠

These borrowers were originally under contract with a new construction home, but unfortunately the previous lender wasn’t able to get the deal approved. That’s when I was given the opportunity to step in and help make homeownership happen for this family 🙌

To say this file was challenging would be an understatement. There were countless conversations, conditions, and back-and-forth with underwriting… but we stayed persistent and fought for our clients every step of the way 🔥
