Retirement can feel very different when a large monthly housing payment is part of the budget.

For some homeowners 62 and older, a reverse mortgage may provide a way to pay off an existing mortgage and remove that required monthly principal and interest payment.*

The question isn't simply, “Can I get a reverse mortgage?”

It's “Would changing my housing expense improve my overall retirement plan?”

That's a conversation worth having.
