I had many questions about the process which he clarified every step of the way and when I didn't understand things he would approach his explanations in a different manner. I value this ability because it demonstrates excellent communication skills as he tailors his work to the people he is working with. He was always available to communicate within a timely manner which worked well with my unpredictable work schedule. When he talked things over with my partner, he'd call me to follow up to make sure I was also caught up with new information.
