October 1st came & went quietly.

No big celebration. No balloons. No ch*****ne toast. Just a milestone that almost slipped by: 5 years.❤️Five years ago, I didn’t just open a State Farm agency. I bet on myself.

So this is a little love letter to my business.

Thank you for stretching me, humbling me, challenging me & teaching me more about leadership & myself than I ever expected.

Thank you for the incredible people you’ve brought into my life. My team, our customers, our community & everyone who has trusted, supported, referred, encouraged & grown with us.

Thank you for the hard seasons, too. The mistakes, the growing pains, the long days & the lessons I didn’t ask for but definitely needed.

Five years later, I’m not the same woman who opened these doors. & I’m really proud of that.

I’ve learned that success isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s a team you’re proud of. A customer who sends their family to you. A business that becomes part of a community. A random Tuesday when you stop & think, we really built this.

So, no fancy celebration this year.
