I am so incredibly happy for Lisa and Mike... they are officially homeowners! Being a first-time buyer can be a little intimidating, but these two absolutely nailed it.

When they first called me, we laid out a very specific roadmap to get them ready. They followed every step, searched for about two weeks, and found the perfect house for them. Watching them at the closing table with those huge smiles... that’s exactly why I love being your mortgage guy.

I also have to give a huge thanks to Vanessa Moua for the connection. Vanessa is an amazing past client and there is no higher compliment than when a friend refers their friends to me. It really does take a village... and this was a great one!

Congrats again, y'all! Enjoy that new home!

Man, I love this stuff. Melissa just closed on her 2nd and 3rd properties with me, and it is such a cool story of how a little bit of planning goes a long way.

She came to me a while back with some big goals and dreams... and I got to work putting together a plan that I thought was pretty great (if I do say so myself).

Fast forward to today and she has a brand new primary residence AND an investment property. The best part? She has significant equity in both right out of the gate.

My favorite moment was at the closing table. The attorney asked if she had any questions before signing, and she just looked up and said "nope... I trust Art's plan."

That honestly means the world to me. I love being her mortgage guy. Huge shoutout to Kira Asinas for referring her to me all those years ago. It’s all about the long game!

Huge congrats to Kim and Dan! This was such a special one... they just closed on a house for Kim’s mom and it’s going to be so great having her nearby.

We were able to use a 'Family Opportunity Mortgage' which is seriously one of my favorite tools. It lets you buy a home for a parent using primary residence rates and terms instead of higher investment property costs. It’s a total game changer for family dynamics.

Kim and Dan have trusted me with their mortgages for a long time now... I honestly love being 'their guy' and seeing their family grow and change.

Also... big shoutout to Dan for being a sport and wearing the Luminate shirt for the photo! I definitely owe you a drink for that one, man.

Love seeing good people do good things for their family. This is what it’s all about!
