Some properties give you a return. Others give you a story you’ll remember forever.

We purchased 3790 Pleasant Hill Road in August 2015 for $1.8M with 60% vacancy.

We saw opportunity. We renovated the property, improved the bathrooms, carpets and common areas, and worked to bring new life into the building.

In 2017, we sold it for $2.85M. In 2021, it sold again this time to Northside Hospital for $6M.

Coming back ten years later and seeing our improvements still standing and the property thriving in Duluth means something special to me.

Commercial real estate isn’t only about what a property is today.

It’s about having the vision to see what it can become.

550 Professional Drive was more than an investment. It was one of my greatest early lessons in commercial real estate.

Purchased for $265K in 2015. Sold for $460K in 2016. Later, it became part of a larger $2.2M medical REIT transaction.

But beyond the numbers came experience, knowledge, and growth.

That’s what is all about.
