Martin is EAC Board Member and Advisor. Mr. Norkett has 58 years of Asset Management experience in commercial real estate. Throughout his career, he has pursued entrepreneurial enterprises such as managing millions of dollars in investment real estate portfolios and developing shopping centers and multiple unit residential complexes. Included in these efforts is his extensive work with the development of millions of complete financial packages, acting as consultant to financial institutions with real estate problems, land purchases, and resolving zoning issues and problems. His extensive experience include managing activities including but not limited to: feasibility, acquisition, master planning/urban planning, design/construction management, entitlement process/government approvals, marketing, contract/lease negotiations, tenant coordination, lease administration, financial analysis/cost control, financing and/or asset management for office buildings, shopping centers and apartment buildings in the Midwest. Planned and directed the rehabilitation of properties following foreclosures, approving budgets and establishing rentals.
