This week’s profile is Zach Allen, of Allen Financial Group! Zach has been with the Foundation for less than a year, but he is already making a huge impact and is a valuable member of our team. He enjoys the collaboration with other board members, and likes attending events Foundation to experience the mission and vision on a more personal level. Zach doesn’t believe that he is called to serve in just his personal life. He feels called in his professional life. As a Financial Planner, he is putting his skills to use assisting in the development of the Planned Giving Advisory Council which will assist donors in leaving their legacy. He loves that Good Samaritan Hospital Foundation’s values and beliefs so closely mirror his own, and that in working with the foundation he is able to grow in his own faith.
The Foundation supports a number of excellent community programs, but the one that is closest to Zach’s heart is the Mothers Empowered program. He sees the value in creating a better world for children and believes that Mothers Empowered is working to make the future of the Dayton community that much brighter. Dayton has so much to offer its community, and Zach understands the importance of keeping young, professional talent in the Dayton area. This is why he also has an interest in the residency programs offered by Good Samaritan Hospital that allows Good Sam to be the kind of place that young professionals want to work – therefore giving back their time, talent and abilities to the greater Dayton area. We feel so fortunate to be able to work with Zach as he continues to make amazing things happen within both our hospital and our community!
