We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Real Estate Field Runner to support our property management operations throughout the Detroit area and occasionally Oakland County properties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver notices, documents, and correspondence to tenants and properties
* Conduct property inspections and report on conditions (photos + written summaries)
* Post eviction notices and ensure proper documentation
* Pick up and drop off keys, rekeying properties, leases, and maintenance materials
* Assist with showing vacant units when needed
* Verify occupancy and tenant information
* Support maintenance coordination by checking job completion status
* Run general errands for the property management team
