Thank you to everyone who was able to attend our Wednesday afternoon session on Property Rights, led by Dale Arnold. As the Director of Energy, Utility, and Local Government Policy for Ohio Farm Bureau, he was able to share his 40+ years of knowledge and experience to help local landowners make informed decisions and ask the right questions when faced with decisions impacting their properties. Thank you to our friends at the AB Graham Memorial Center & Museum for welcoming us and our guests as we gathered to learn about and better understand the impact of what property owners are facing today at the county, state, and national levels.

Ohio Farm Bureau has created a new guide to help members better understand the laws, regulations and risk considerations that come with opening their farms to the public.

The new Ohio Farm Bureau Agritourism Guide brings information and resources together in one place to help members better understand agritourism and make informed decisions for their business. Topics include liability protection, risk management, zoning, building and fire codes, ADA and service dogs, vendor’s license, food and beverage sales, amusement attractions and farm stays.
