We are a growing independent insurance agency in Troy looking for a driven Sales Producer to join our team!
💼 What You’ll Do:
* Meet and connect with individuals and business owners
* Quote and sell personal & commercial insurance
* Build long-term relationships and become a trusted advisor
* Follow up, stay organized, and close business with confidence
📍 Location: Hybrid – Troy, MI
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
* P&C Licensed or willing to obtain within 60 days (we’ll help you get there!)
* Experience preferred — but we will train the right person with the drive to succeed
* Strong communicator who’s comfortable talking with anyone
* Motivated, coachable, and ready to grow
