0% Down Payment Conventional Loan!

First Time Home Buyers do not need to meet 80% AMI, and must have 700+ FICO

Must put 3% or 5% down, and the lender (UWM) will cover 3% of the down payment for you up to 15K! This 3% will be added as a 2nd mortgage on your home, must be paid off prior to selling/refinancing unless you refinance with UWM, and they will subordinate the 2nd lien.
