State of Michigan updates on Coronavirus

What should small business owners do for employees that may be laid-off or hours reduced as the Governor has recommended?

- We expect to get updates from carriers who will be responding to premium and coverage options.

HEALTH INSURANCE ALERT:
To our customers, friends and family members.

- - - - For Small Business
As small business owners have been required to change operations, we recognize revenue may be impacted. We want to provide you with the latest information from the health insurance industry.

- - - - For Individual Policy Holders
For our clients with individual policies, we recognize the fact that you may also be impacted.

We are concerned for our customers who may not be able to pay premiums, that they may lose their insurance.

We have contacted a number of carriers and as of this writing, we can provide only this update:

- Carriers have no policy in place but are having conversations
about customer’s inability to pay premiums timely.
- The State of Michigan Department of Financial and Insurance Services has said they are working with the State’s Health and Human Services department and may be able to provide some information in the coming days, or weeks.
- The Federal Department of Labor (DOL) just issued a news release with a number of links that may help small businesses.

We will monitor and provide any updates as soon as we hear from carriers.

Small business owners struggle to have HR tasks completed timely and accurately. Owners have told us they hate HR and don't like the headaches of HR. You can help owners solve that problem with our solutions.

You will contact small business owners in Oakland County and build trust with owners by introducing them to ways they can reduce the headaches and improve their company processes. These are improvements owners love.

This role is for a sales hunter, that means, you will be rewarded for taking the initiative to find and talk to owners about HR, Payroll, and Benefits. You are not alone, our team will support you with training and new sales opportunities. Our team is focused on our customer's success which is your success.

This is a role perfectly suited as a side-gig to supplement an existing income. Your income will be commission based only and 100% based on your abilities to communicate with others.

For the right natural salespeople this is an excellent role.

To be qualified:
You must be thinking about improvement continuously,
You must be able to use basic math skills,
You must be personally motivated to listen to owners to identify HR and people improvements.

Sister Carmela, Founder of the Society of Peace and 4 Your Benefit agency Relationship Manager presented Jeff Eusebio and Anna Sinagra with a planter to honor their hard work and public witness as Catholic Christians.

Sister honored them, and all employees and customers of Office Express on the same day Jeff and Anna consecrated OEX to the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary. David Tay, Executive Director of Men of the Sacred Hearts, officiated the beautiful ceremony. About 25 employees, customers, friends and faithful attended the event.

Jeff wanted to express his thanks, “Anna and I, have worked together as owners for 3 years now and, looking back, see God leading us. We still struggle with self-reliance vs. letting go and letting God, but when we search out his will and let him lead the way, it’s humbling what more is accomplished through us and through our amazing employees.”

For Sister, she always brings Christ to the workplace. She loves her HR & Benefits relationship work because it connects her to what she calls, her mission field. Sister singled out Jeff and Anna because over many years she has observed their role in taking care of employees and customers but more importantly, their public witness to Christ.

Well done to all.
