Each month for the last two years, Rick has been introducing you to the people who make the magic happen at AIP Marketing Alliance through our series. This month, we're turning the spotlight on him! Meet Rick Kisser, President of AIP Marketing Alliance and Managing Partner at Integrity, pictured here with the incredible team he helps lead.

For more than 32 years, Rick has been dedicated to building a best-in-class platform where wholesalers of all sizes can thrive. Through a powerful combination of IMO resources, the myAIP CRM and commission system, strong carrier partnerships, and a diverse portfolio of product solutions, AIP Marketing Alliance helps support more than 150 agencies across the country and empowers them to operate at their highest potential.

What may surprise some people is that Rick earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from GMI Engineering & Management Institute. While he may not be the person to ask about fixing your car, he has certainly engineered a successful career in the insurance industry. He also holds and maintains both the CFP® and CLU® designations.

Outside the office, Rick's true passion is the great outdoors. If you receive an out-of-office message from him, chances are you'll find him in Colorado with his wife and two children. Whether he's skiing fresh powder, mountain biking scenic trails, or hiking Colorado's many peaks, the mountains are where he feels most at home.
