Home-Grown Affordability: A couple in Indiana has donated their entire 46-acre backyard to their town to be used exclusively for affordable housing. They said they simply "had too much space" and wanted to help their community thrive.

Amy Hendricks and Paul Davie had too much space for just the two of them, so they decided to do something to help their community.

Rents continue to trend lower. National rents fell 1% month-over-month in November, and are now 5% below their mid-2022 peak. That's good news for inflation.

November ADP report shows 32K net job losses. A 10K increase was expected. 6 of the 10 sectors tracked by ADP shed workers and small businesses alone lost 120K jobs.
