I've been thinking a lot lately about what makes a successful transition in the financial planning business.
For an advisor who has spent decades building a practice, succession isn't simply about selling a book of business. It's about making sure the clients and families you've served continue to be taken care of.
I've intentionally invested in building the capacity for that. I've invested in staff, built a team of advisors around my practice, and developed the capacity to serve more clients without sacrificing the personal relationships that make this business special.
I'm looking to connect with advisors who are beginning to think about the next chapter of their practice, whether retirement is approaching or still several years down the road.
I'm not looking for a quick transaction. I'm interested in finding the right fit, developing a relationship, and creating a transition that makes sense for the advisor, their clients, and both of our teams.
If that's something you've started thinking about, I'd enjoy connecting. And if you know an advisor who may be approaching that stage of their career, I'd appreciate an introduction.
