Open Enrollment for Under 65, Independent and Family Health Plans starts November 1st! If you call (313)701-1726 and enroll by December 15, 2021 your coverage will start January 1, 2022. If you miss the deadline for 01-01-2022 coverage start date, you can enroll by January 15th, 2022 for a February 1st, 2022 effective date.
