Sometimes the inspection doesn’t go as planned. This is no reason to be discouraged when house hunting after you’ve been pre-approved. If anything, that is what the inspection is for and find pesky problems like lava floors. Do you really want to buy a house where the floor is lava? I didn’t think so!

We didn’t realize it until yesterday, but tomorrow it will be a year that Dan and I have been married! Thanks to everyone who came and celebrated with us on that special day. It was a great wedding.
