Hope everyone has enjoyed the long weekend. Due to the weather being so bad our office will be opening later than normal on Tuesday January 21st. As soon as we know it’s safe for our staff to drive on the roads they will be in the office but until then they will be continuing to work from home. We can be reached at 936-295-2815. Please be patient with us due to local fiber line being cut some where, half the town is down on the Internet. If you can’t reach some one local it is due to the down lines so please be patient with whom ever you are trying to reach. Hope everyone is doing great. We just wanted you all to know we are still in business I know there’s all kinds of rumors going around this small town. The only truth I’m sure of about the rumors is yes Mark and Wesley Tatom have retired so they no longer own the business but we have been bought by a great corporation that owns many agencies so with that being said we look forward to the changes. We believe great things are coming our way even with the few bumps in the road from Hochheim and Travelers, we will rise up from this and try our best to find replacement policies for those affected by this.
We love you all and thank you for sticking this out with us.
We do have new hours that we are working on to see if this is something we find possible to achieve so just bare with us.

Due to the safety of our employees Tatom Insurance Agency will be closed today. If you need an emergency you can contact your carrier directly they can assist with payments and claims as well. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but the safety of people off the roads during this weather is our main focus so please stay home if you do not have to be out in this. We are praying for everyone’s safety during this time. Keep the city workers in your prayers as they are working hard trying to close off roads to protect our safety. Always remember turn around don’t attempt to drive through high waters you can’t see the road conditions due to the water. Please stay safe we love you all!
