As an Agricultural Economist by degree with 23 years of experience in ag lending, Sarah has worked with large regional banks, community banks and secondary market mortgage providers. Sarah also holds a REALTOR license in the state of Indiana.

Sarah proudly serves on the Board of Directors for the Community Foundation of Boone County (IN) and loves cheering on her alma mater, the Purdue Boilermakers in basketball. 🏀

By taking a loan request from the application to the closing table, Taylor's vast industry experience is geared toward finding solutions to directly impact the success, maintenance, growth and health of your operation. 📈

🎓 A graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Agribusiness Management and minors in Animal Sciences and Law & Society, Taylor has been involved in the ag industry her entire life. As a ten-year 4-H member, she not only grew up showing livestock, but is still active in the industry today with her family cattle operation.

When Taylor isn't hanging out in the barn raising, breeding and selling cattle for sale season or to compete in ring shows, she is spending time with family, working on home projects, traveling and enjoying the lake during the summer. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 ☀

A seasoned agriculture and commercial lender for over 10 years, Matt manages the loan process for his clients from start to finish. 🌾💼

Matt will work with loan originators to find solutions for borrowers, as well as working directly with potential buyers. Being heavily involved on the credit side, Matt helps his clients determine which of TS Ag’s loan programs best fit their situation.

“I enjoy the opportunity to collaborate with the different parties involved in order to find a solution that will best serve the farmer or land investor.” 🌱

Serving on a variety of boards and organizations over the years, Matt is currently involved with the Council Bluffs Chamber of Commerce Ag Committee and the Pottawattamie Conservation Foundation. Both of these, combined with his current role, allow Matt to stay agriculturally involved in the communities he serves.
