The TS Banking Group is a dedicated community banking group focused on upholding a community bank management philosophy with the purpose of acquiring community banks in the upper Midwest. The overall objective of the acquisition strategy is to expand an organization with a client-focused operating efficiency that allows for the long-term prosperity of community banking. To achieve this goal the TS Banking Group must 1) preserve the 'local touch' at each community bank by allowing the acquired bank to focus their efforts on serving their clients and communities where they are located, and 2) harness the power of a multi-bank operating group to provide a high level of technology, risk management, and financial management. Her leadership, dedication, and the relationships she’s built across our organization have left a lasting mark. We’re grateful for all she has contributed and wish her the very best in this next chapter. 👏👏

After 27 years of dedicated service, we are celebrating Tammy Shouse as she begins her well-earned retirement! From her early roles in banking, proof and loan operations, bookkeeping, to serving as Director of Bank Operations, Tammy built a legacy of leadership and consistency that will be felt for years to come. ✨

In this expanded role, Savanna will oversee credit operations across all TS Banking Group banks, supporting strong, consistent credit practices that serve our clients and communities well. She will continue to serve as President of The Bank of Tioga, remaining closely connected to the Tioga and Crosby markets she has long supported.

It was an inspiring day of connection and empowerment at the Impact for Women Summit last week hosted by the Community Foundation for Western Iowa and supported by area community sponsors committed to lifting up women in our region.✨

💬 Four impactful breakout sessions as part of the Women’s Fund of Southwest Iowa focused on:

• Education
• Aging in Place
• Childcare
• Safety & Well-Being

🎤 The day was capped off with a powerful keynote from Marlee Matlin, award-winning actress and author, who shared her journey and insights on women’s safety and well-being.
