A little throwback for all of you historic home lovers out there...

This was my first historic rehab, built in 1926 and one of the first 10 homes built in the town of Keystone Heights in the 1920s. It was a near tear-down when I got my hands on it, bank owned, vacant for years with a bad roof and a lot of water damage, and THANK GOD because it scared all the other buyers away 😂

It was a unique Spanish-style find for North FL so I fully restored it with a Mediterranean flare, gold ceilings, antique chandeliers, and so much color!

I literally cried at the closing when I sold it. This absolute gem will always have a huge piece of my heart ❤️
