As a new graduate, we know that it can seem daunting to start investing, especially when your finances may be tight. This can lead some new grads to push off investing until the “perfect time” in the future.

Here’s why that can be a bad strategy: Time is one of the biggest advantages we have when it comes to investing. Starting early gives your money more chances to grow — even if you’re only investing a little each month. That growth might not look obvious on a day-to-day basis. But as the years pass, the difference can become much clearer.

You don’t need a lot of money to get started with investing. The most important thing is to start early. Even small contributions to your own investment accounts or employer-sponsored accounts like 401(k)s, over time, can give your money more chances to grow. The sooner you get started, the bigger the impact it makes to the value of your investment portfolio.

If you want help figuring out what investing could look like for you or have questions about your current strategy, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help craft an investment strategy that’s right for you.

Being part of Financial Trendsetters 3 has been one of those "this is why I do this work" experiences. Writing my chapter gave me space to reflect on how I see money - not as something separate from life, but as something woven in how we live, lead and care for ourselves and others.

This book brings together women across the financial industry who are changing the conversation around wealth, legacy, and what it really means to live well.
I'm honored to be one of the voices in it.

Thank you in advance for your support!

Are you aware of the tax brackets for 2026? The IRS released official 2026 income tax brackets in October 2025, reflecting changes made under the “One Big Beautiful Bill.”

These changes apply to income earned in 2026, but the time to plan is now — especially if you're expecting major financial changes like retirement, selling assets, or a boost in income.

If you need help reviewing how this could impact your long-term tax strategy, give us a call today. We’re happy to help you plan ahead.

Are you aware of the 2026 contribution limits for tax-advantaged retirement accounts? If not, we’ve got you covered, with a quick look at what’s changing:

✅ 401(k), 403(b), 457, and TSP limits will increase to $24,500 (up from $23,500).
✅ Workers age 50+ can contribute an additional $8,000 (up to $32,500 total).
✅ IRA contribution limits will rise to $7,500, with a $1,100 catch-up option.
✅ “Super catch-up” contributions for ages 60-63 remain at $11,250.

Now is a good time to evaluate your current savings plan, explore your IRA options, and decide whether catch-up contributions make sense for your 2026 goals.

If you’re self-employed, it may also be worthwhile to review whether your SEP IRA or solo 401(k) plan needs an update.

Need help navigating these changes? Contact us to discuss how you can maximize these increased limits for your retirement strategy.

On this Veterans Day, we’re taking a moment to reflect and say thank you. To all who have served and to the families who support them: your sacrifice, strength, and dedication mean more than words can express.

It’s easy to get caught up in the day-to-day, but today reminds us to slow down and recognize the everyday heroes who walk among us. If you’re a veteran or have one in your life, we hope today brings you the appreciation you so deeply deserve. Thank you for your service.
