Just closed on this really tasteful little home in Lake Ann. I worked with an amazing easy to work with couple on finding the best home. We covered a lot of Northern Michigan ground trying to find the best one. The best one was finally found, and after months of touring many properties the best one ended up being in their hometown! The listing agent on this property, Vince Edwards with HomeWaters Real Estate was a great pleasure to work with as well. Last but definitely not least in this transaction was the ever amazing Ryan South with Arch mortgage who many many times has saved the day, none of this would have made it anywhere close to this point.
