This is HUGE! 100% financing through USDA for Manufactured Housing coming May 2025!

HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT FOR USDA/RURAL DEVOLOPMENT!

USDA Rural Development announced that existing manufactured homes that meet requirements will now be considered an eligible property for financing on or after May 5, 2025. Previously only newly constructed manufactured homes were eligible for financing.

Existing Manufactured Home Requirements
The property must meet the following requirements:
• Be an existing unit that has not be previously installed on another site.
• No alterations or modifications except for porches, decks etc.
• Installed on a permanent foundation and meet HUD installation standards.
• Foundation certification is required.
• Manufactured date must be within 20-years of the loan closing.
• HUD Certification label (or verification letter from Institute for Building Technology and Safety (IBTS)) and HUD Data plate.
• Titled and taxed as Real Estate.
