🤔 DID YOU KNOW? 🚂

Back in the late 1800s and early 1900s, Trappe and the surrounding Collegeville area were heavily connected by trolley lines that helped residents travel throughout Montgomery County and beyond.

Before major highways and busy commuter traffic, electric trolleys were one of the fastest ways for people to get to work, shop, and visit neighboring towns. Some of the old trolley routes helped shape the communities we know today.

It’s incredible to think how much transportation has changed over the years right here in our own backyard.
