Tracking the risk of large to very large hail overnight tonight. If you live in the yellow highlighted area, you may experience hailstones greater than 2 inches in diameter. Storms will likely form late this evening in central Iowa and progress ENE through Wisconsin overnight. Make sure to protect your vehicles tonight!

This is why I never have offered anyone STATE LEGAL LIMITS! Iowa is 20/40/15
This is what happens to a person that is hit by Underinsured!! 😡 A driver was showing off in 1969 Coverette that lost control and came across 3 lanes ! High speed. This person in this SUV had no time to respond.

The passenger had 4 broken ribs and driver had L4 L5 compression fractures. The medical bills for the two are over $100k. The $20k per person, $40k combined, and $15k for the coverette liability coverage isn’t going to come close to covering the medical bills and the SUV. So this owner of the SUV vehicle’s insurance if they have adequate coverage is going to have to pick up the cost depending on what coverages they have.

This why I will make sure you have proper coverage for the “what ifs” and also so you have enough if the other guy doesn’t.

Price isn’t always the best reason to pick your insurance or agent.
