I ran for Tracy City Council because I understand what is needed to run a business and raise a family in Tracy. Over the past 23 years, I’ve witnessed Tracy grow in many directions and maintain its “hometown” feel. We must ensure our families are safe in our homes and on our streets, bring new jobs and economic development to the city and stabilize the housing market. In order to provide the best

future for our children we need to improve our schools and provide more recreational amenities for children and families. I am proud of my life accomplishments here in Tracy, graduating from West High and later earning a Master’s of Science in Corporate and International Finance. I have over 12 years of experience in company financial operations, served as Chairman of the Planning Commission, and on the County’s Citizens Advisory Committee. I am the candidate who has the business experience to balance the city budget, create a business-friendly environment, while putting the needs of Tracy families first.

General information

Charles Manne was raised in Tracy and graduated from West High School in 1997. He went on to earn a degree in Business Administration and later a Master of Science in Finance. Today, Charlie operates an insurance and financial services business in Tracy. Charlie and his wife, Dawn, have three sons, Duncan, William and Harrison. They attend Grace Church in Tracy and enjoy camping, skiing and other outside activities. FPPC# 1367742
