Dwight is a Baltimore native that prides himself on his roots and upbringing in Charm City. Dwight grew up to the likes of poetry and basketball, which eventually lead him to Paul Laurence Dunbar Senior High School. He played varsity basketball, football, and baseball all four years for the Dunbar Poets. Dwight continued his studies his education at Coppin State University where he studied English
Studies with a minor in Journalism. During his tenure in college, Dwight completed his internship at the Afro-American newspaper as a journalist and as a liaison for community outreach events. Presently, Dwight is continuing to nurture relationships throughout the Baltimore Community, in an attempt to give back all of what the community has contributed to his professional and social development. Professionally, Dwight has established himself as a profound leader with over 15 years of sales management experience. His unequalled communication skills, and willingness to listen critically, has been rewarded by many fruitful relationships throughout the Mid Atlantic with state-government, real estate developers, the local Church community of Baltimore City, as well as Youth Recreation Councils from Northeast Washington, D.C. to as far north as Harford County, Maryland. More recently, Dwight has used coaching youth basketball and football, to minister to children from all walks of life. He has used his platform as a State Farm Agent to emphasize the importance of academics and community outreach. Becoming a Sate Farm Agent was an organic decision for Dwight, as he believes his greatest asset, is being an asset to others.
