If there was an option higher than "Great", THAT is what I would choose! Keeping it short... I reached out to John (who is my top lender for a reason) informing him of my clients situation. Included within the situation was the fact we were about 2 months past our contract closing date. I also expressed to John the urgency of us needing to close ASAP. John's words, "Sure. I can reach out to them. Let me take a look and see what we can do." Well, about 27-28 days later we had a clear to close!!!
