Need a nutritious snack on-the-go? Place some of your favorite healthy snacks in a size-appropriate jar and out the door you go:

🥕 Veggie sticks – put a little guacamole or hummus at the bottom of the jar

🥜 Trail mix – use smaller size container or jar to keep portions in tact

🥒 Other sliced veggie ideas? Asparagus spears that are lightly steamed or string (green) beans for something a little different, cucumbers, or yellow bell peppers for a milder taste

Are you a morning person or a night owl?
It seems that the morning person is thought of as the productive, responsible one of the two — but that isn’t a fair narrative. If you’re a night owl, you may have spent too many years of your life trying to force yourself to be a morning person. We’re taught the “early bird gets the worm,” so we try to squeeze ourselves into molds that aren’t us.

Whether you’re an early riser or a night owl, I want you to give yourself the permission and the space to be who you are. If you’re truly wired to be most productive later in the day, embrace it!

The most crucial part is that you’re allowing yourself to thrive in the way your mind works best.

Eating your greens is always in season! This winter salad is a great way to enjoy the flavors of winter in a healthy and mindful way.

What you need:
- Leafy Greens
- Chopped Pear
- Sliced Red Onion
- Pomegranate Seeds
- Pecans

Dressing:
- 1/3 cup of Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup of Balsamic
