🚨 IMPORTANT MEDICARE UPDATE

Braven Health (Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield's Medicare Advantage offering) is exiting the Medicare Advantage market as of January 1, 2027.

If you’re currently enrolled in a Braven Health Medicare Advantage plan, your coverage is expected to end December 31, 2026, meaning you’ll need to select new Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement coverage for January 1, 2027.
