Another one CLOSED in just 27 days! 🔑🏡

But this refinance was about a lot more than getting a loan funded.

My client needed to cash out equity from the home to pay the portion due to an ex spouse as part of their divorce.

And as you can imagine, there were a LOT of moving parts.

I found myself becoming more than just the mortgage broker. I was often the middle person communicating with both sides, answering questions, keeping everyone informed and doing my best to remain helpful, neutral and respectful to everyone involved.

This one feels EXTRA special. 🥹🏡🔑

I am so incredibly happy for Ariana!

She was shopping in a highly competitive market and price range, and she had to have PATIENCE. She stayed the course, kept putting in the work and most importantly, she didn’t give up.

There was even another home before this one. She got into escrow and unfortunately, things didn’t work out.

Maybe the timing wasn’t right.

Maybe it simply wasn’t the right house.

The buyer’s brother compared my rate with other banks and told him:

No back and forth. No haggling. Just a competitive rate, smooth service, and we closed AHEAD of schedule. 🙌
