Saturday with . Had a delightful day starting with coaching by Momentum Builder in the Zoom breakout room with . Then was further blessed by virtual Worship with . After lunch and holy nap felt energized and ready to get some walking done ✅ for the day while listening to Mindset Monday Book of the Month video. Feeling grateful for everything in my life especially my health and mental acuity. Grateful for being in a community with natural environment that reminds me of the goodness of my Creator. Caught a few wonderful creatures, ducks 🦆 which just birth baby ducks, different species of birds, and different shades and shapes of flowers🌺 . Now I’m energized and ready to slay the week looking for people who want to be mentored and build a financial service business. Happy Saturday! 🌿☀️

After a busy yet productive week, it’s time to pause, recharge, and take care of ourselves. I’ve learned that if I want to stay energized and productive for the long haul, setting aside time to rest and reset is essential.

Today’s post features a video from last weekend’s trip to San Pedro with my fellow LACEAAA members. I stayed overnight at a nearby hotel so I could join my friends for a beautiful day of hiking, sightseeing, and reconnecting with nature and one another.

Our adventure included visits to the stunning Korean Friendship Bell, the historic Point Fermin Lighthouse, Fort MacArthur, and the Marine Mammal Care Center. It was a wonderful reminder that self-care isn’t always about doing less—it can also mean making time for meaningful experiences, movement, friendship, and creating joyful memories.

Happy Thankful Tuesday! 💜

Today’s “Be In the Room” session with was both eye-opening and practical. I learned a few new things about how clothing, accessories, and our sensory systems can impact our health, energy levels, and overall work performance.

After completing Stephanie’s Sensory System Questionnaire, I discovered that my profile is “The Overloaded Achiever” — “You haven’t changed, but your environment has finally outpaced your capacity to ignore it.” The description felt surprisingly accurate!

As I reflected on my day, it all started to make sense. I was wearing leather high heels 👠 that tend to tighten depending on the weather and time of day. Add to that the outfit I wore to ’s Ovarian Cancer Awareness event last night, staying up later than usual, and a busy schedule, and it’s no surprise that I felt completely drained today.

Instead of pushing through, I listened to my body. I took a power nap 😴, changed into comfortable clothes, and enjoyed a refreshing walk in the evening sunshine. That, combined with the good news of receiving several packages I had been eagerly awaiting, helped me feel energized and refreshed again!

Sometimes productivity isn’t about doing more—it’s about creating the right environment so you can perform at your best.

Now I’m feeling recharged and ready to continue growing my thriving business in holistic financial services, helping individuals and families build financial confidence, protection, and freedom.

สุขสันต์วันอังคารแห่งความขอบคุณ (Thankful Tuesday) 💜

วันนี้ได้มีโอกาสเข้าร่วมกิจกรรม “Be In the Room” ของ ร่วมกับ ซึ่งเป็นช่วงเวลาที่ทั้งน่าสนใจและได้ความรู้มากมาย วณีได้เรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่เกี่ยวกับผลกระทบของเสื้อผ้า เครื่องประดับ และระบบประสาทรับความรู้สึก (Sensory System) ที่มีต่อสุขภาพ ระดับพลังงาน และประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของเรา

หลังจากทำแบบประเมิน Sensory System Questionnaire ของ Stephanie วณีพบว่าตัวเองอยู่ในกลุ่ม “The Overloaded Achiever” หรือ “คุณไม่ได้เปลี่ยนไป แต่สภาพแวดล้อมรอบตัวได้เกินขีดความสามารถที่คุณอาจะเคยเพิกเฉยต่อมันได้แล้ว” ซึ่งเมื่ออ่านแล้วรู้สึกว่าอธิบายตัววณีได้ค่อนข้างตรงทีเดียว!

เมื่อย้อนมองดูทั้งวัน ทุกอย่างก็เริ่มเชื่อมโยงกัน วณีใส่รองเท้าส้นสูงหนัง 👠 ที่มักจะรัดแน่นขึ้นตามสภาพอากาศและช่วงเวลาของวัน ประกอบกับเสื้อผ้าที่ใส่ไปงานรณรงค์สร้างความตระหนักเรื่องมะเร็งรังไข่ของ เมื่อคืนที่ผ่านมา รวมถึงการนอนดึกกว่าปกติและตารางงานที่ค่อนข้างแน่น ทำให้วันนี้รู้สึกอ่อนล้าเป็นพิเศษ

แทนที่จะฝืนตัวเอง ฉันเลือกที่จะรับฟังร่างกาย พักงีบสั้น ๆ 😴 เปลี่ยนเป็นเสื้อผ้าที่สบายขึ้น และออกไปเดินรับแสงแดดยามเย็นเพื่อเติมพลังให้ตัวเอง อีกทั้งยังได้รับข่าวดีจากพัสดุที่รอคอยมาถึงพอดี ทำให้รู้สึกสดชื่นและมีพลังกลับมาอีกครั้ง

บางครั้งการมีประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานไม่ได้หมายถึงการทำให้มากขึ้น แต่หมายถึงการสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมที่เหมาะสม เพื่อให้เราสามารถแสดงศักยภาพที่ดีที่สุดออกมาได้

ตอนนี้ฉันพร้อมแล้วที่จะก้าวต่อไปในการขยายธุรกิจด้านการวางแผนการเงินแบบองค์รวม (Holistic Financial Services) เพื่อช่วยให้บุคคลและครอบครัวมีความมั่นคงทางการเงิน การคุ้มครองที่เหมาะสม และอิสรภาพทางการเงินในระยะยาว

Happy Mindset Monday and welcome to the first day of June!

Last weekend, I had the opportunity to go hiking in San Pedro and join members of LACEAAA for a visit to one of my old stomping grounds—San Pedro, home of the Port of Los Angeles.

The visit brought back many wonderful memories from my years working at the Port. It was there that I became involved with the Affirmative Action Committee, established under the leadership of Executive Director E.Z. Burts, who was appointed by Mayor Tom Bradley in the late 1980s. Being “in the room” and learning from respected leaders was a priceless experience. I had the privilege of meeting and learning from individuals such as Kathleen Brown, who served as California State Treasurer at the time.

My supervisor also gave me the opportunity to represent the Port on the City Treasurer’s Investment Committee, which broadened my understanding of public finance and leadership. I am especially grateful to Mr. Burts, whose integrity, leadership, and support helped me grow in my role as a Senior Accountant responsible for overseeing the disbursement of Port development project funds.

Organizations such as LACEAAA and many other diversity-focused professional associations were established during this era in response to Mayor Bradley’s vision and the ongoing efforts to advance the principles of the Civil Rights Act. These organizations created opportunities for professional development, inclusion, and leadership that benefited many public servants, including myself.

Now it’s time to enjoy some photo highlights from our San Pedro adventure! We visited the beautiful Korean Friendship Bell, the Point Fermin Lighthouse, Fort MacArthur, and the Marine Mammal Care Center. It was a wonderful day of history, learning, friendship, and appreciation for a community that played an important role in my professional journey.

เมื่อสุดสัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมา วณีมีโอกาสไปเดินเขาที่ซานเปโดรกับ สมาคมข้าราขการชาวเอเชียอเมริกันของแอลเอซิตี้ และร่วมกิจกรรมกับสมาชิก LACEAAA เพื่อกลับไปเยี่ยมสถานที่ที่เคยเป็นส่วนสำคัญในชีวิตการทำงานของวณี นั่นคือเมืองซานเปโดร บ้านของท่าเรือลอสแอนเจลิส (Port of Los Angeles)

การเดินทางครั้งนี้ทำให้หวนระลึกถึงความทรงจำดี ๆ มากมายในช่วงที่ทำงานอยู่ที่ท่าเรือแห่งนี้ ที่นี่เองที่วณีได้มีโอกาสเป็นสมาชิกของคณะกรรมการ Affirmative Action ซึ่งก่อตั้งขึ้นภายใต้การนำของคุณ E.Z. Burts ผู้อำนวยการบริหารที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้งโดยนายกเทศมนตรี Tom Bradley ในช่วงปลายทศวรรษ 1980

วณีรู้สึกซาบซึ้งเป็นพิเศษต่อคุณ E.Z. Burts ผู้ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นถึงความเที่ยงตรงของ ความเป็นผู้นำ และการสนับสนุนอย่างจริงใจต่อวณีในตำแหน่งนักบัญชีอาวุโส (Senior Accountant) ที่รับผิดชอบการควบคุมการเบิกจ่ายงบประมาณสำหรับโครงการพัฒนาต่าง ๆ ของท่าเรือ

เป็นอีกหนึ่งวันที่เต็มไปด้วยประวัติศาสตร์ การเรียนรู้ มิตรภาพ และความรู้สึกขอบคุณต่อชุมชนที่มีส่วนสำคัญในการหล่อหลอมเส้นทางอาชีพและชีวิตของวณีค่ะ

Happy Mindset Monday and Memorial Day Weekend as we honor and remember those who sacrificed their lives defending their countries and preserving freedom for future generations. 🇺🇸🙏🏽

Today, I also want to honor my Ma, who survived the hardships of World War II while teaching at a Chinese school in Malaya, south of Thailand. During the war, she became a captive of the “enemy” and endured extremely difficult conditions while caring for her two young daughters. Food was scarce, so she grew vegetables on the school grounds, even though the soil may not have been fertile enough.

Yet through God’s grace, kindness, and resilience, they survived. My Ma often shared stories about making friends with her captors and even learning a few Japanese marching songs. One story that stayed with me was about a chicken that came to lay two eggs under the bed every day — a small miracle during a very difficult season. 🙏🏽🥚

As we continue celebrating Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month (AAPAHM), it’s worth remembering why May was chosen for this observance. It commemorates two important milestones in U.S. history: the arrival of the first Japanese immigrants to America on May 7, 1843, and the completion of the transcontinental railroad on May 10, 1869 — a project built largely through the hard work and sacrifices of Chinese immigrants.

วันแห่งการรำลึกและให้เกียรติผู้ที่เสียสละชีวิตเพื่อปกป้องประเทศชาติและรักษาเสรีภาพให้คนรุ่นหลัง

วันนี้อยากขอรวมคุณแม่ของวณีไว้ในโพสต์นี้ด้วย เพราะท่านเคยผ่านช่วงเวลาที่ยากลำบากในสมัยสงครามโลกครั้งที่ 2 ขณะเป็นครูอยู่ที่โรงเรียนจีนในแถบมลายา ทางตอนใต้ของประเทศไทย ท่านและลูกสาวตัวเล็กสองคนต้องอยู่ในสภาพการเป็นเชลยสงคราม ต้องดิ้นรนหาอาหารด้วยการปลูกผักในบริเวณโรงเรียน แม้ดินจะไม่ได้อุดมสมบูรณ์นักก็ตาม

แต่ด้วยพระคุณของพระเจ้า ความเข้มแข็ง และความเมตตาที่มีต่อกัน ทำให้ทุกคนสามารถรอดชีวิตมาได้ 🙏🏽
คุณแม่เคยเล่าให้ฟังว่า ท่านสามารถสร้างมิตรภาพกับผู้คุม และยังได้เรียนรู้เพลงเดินแถวภาษาญี่ปุ่นอีกหลายเพลง เรื่องหนึ่งที่วณีจำได้ดีคือ มีแม่ไก่มาวางไข่ใต้เตียงวันละสองฟองเสมอ ราวกับเป็นพระพรเล็ก ๆ ในช่วงเวลาที่ยากลำบาก 🥚

และในช่วงที่เรายังคงร่วมเฉลิมฉลองเดือน Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month (AAPAHM) ก็อยากแบ่งปันว่าเหตุผลที่เลือกเดือนพฤษภาคมนั้น มาจากเหตุการณ์สำคัญทางประวัติศาสตร์ 2 เรื่อง คือ
• การเดินทางมาถึงของผู้อพยพชาวญี่ปุ่นกลุ่มแรกในอเมริกา เมื่อวันที่ 7 พฤษภาคม ค.ศ. 1843
• และการสร้างทางรถไฟข้ามทวีปสำเร็จเมื่อวันที่ 10 พฤษภาคม ค.ศ. 1869 ซึ่งแรงงานชาวจีนมีบทบาทสำคัญอย่างมากในการก่อสร้าง

ขอเชิญทุกท่านเพลิดเพลินกับคลิปต่อเนื่องจากการนั่งขบวน Tuk Tuk Caravan เที่ยวรอบกรุงเทพฯ และข้ามสะพานไปยังอีกฝั่งของ “แม่น้ำเจ้าพระยา” 🇹🇭🚖

Throwback Thursday to my homeland, Thailand! 🇹🇭
Yesterday, I got to visit the Royal Thai Consulate in Los Angeles to renew my Thai ID. Honestly, I was really impressed by how smooth and organized the online application and appointment process was, and everyone there was so kind and professional. It made me feel proud of my Thai roots and brought back memories from a super special trip to Thailand last October.
I traveled with three awesome groups of business partners — Cruzaders (based in Southern California), Dream Team Alliance (Northern California), and Elevate (San Diego). Even though our teams and friends are spread all across the USA, what brings us together is our shared culture of working hard, growing together, helping families, and also making time to enjoy life and build meaningful relationships.
One of the best parts of entrepreneurship and being in the financial services industry is having the freedom of time and the chance to build friendships with people who genuinely care about helping families work toward financial independence.
Our “7 Perfect Days in Thailand” trip was something I’ll never forget. During the APAHM celebration and the LACEAAA event, I only had time to share a few old Instagram highlights through email with association members. But there are still so many great memories and videos I haven’t posted yet, so I decided to break the trip into several parts — two videos featuring Bangkok, plus two more from our adventures in Phuket and the Phi Phi Islands in Southern Thailand.
The first video featured our visit to Wat Phra Kaew, the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, and the outside of the Grand Palace. The palace happened to be closed that day in remembrance of King Rama IX, who passed away on October 13, 2016. At the time, Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother, was still alive but in declining health before she passed later that month. Throughout the trip, you could really feel the deep love and respect Thai people have for the Royal Family everywhere we went.
Beyond the beautiful temples, beaches, and amazing food, what I treasure most are the memories, laughter, and friendships shared with friends and colleagues in this business community. Feeling grateful for a career that lets us serve others while also experiencing the beauty of the world together.

Throwback Thursday ถึงบ้านเกิดของฉัน ประเทศไทย 🇹🇭

เมื่อวานนี้ วณีมีโอกาสไปที่สถานกงสุลใหญ่ไทย ณ นครลอสแอนเจลิส เพื่อทำบัตรประชาชนไทยใหม่ ต้องบอกเลยว่าประทับใจกับระบบการนัดหมายและการสมัครออนไลน์ที่สะดวกและเป็นระเบียบมาก รวมถึงเจ้าหน้าที่ทุกคนที่ให้บริการด้วยความสุภาพและเป็นมืออาชีพ ทำให้รู้สึกภูมิใจในความเป็นไทยของตัวเอง และทำให้นึกถึงทริปพิเศษที่ประเทศไทยเมื่อเดือนตุลาคมที่ผ่านมา

วณีได้เดินทางร่วมกับกลุ่มพาร์ตเนอร์ทางธุรกิจที่ยอดเยี่ยม 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ Cruzaders (Southern California), Dream Team Alliance (Northern California) และ Elevate (San Diego) แม้ว่าสมาชิกและเพื่อนร่วมทีมของเราจะอยู่กระจายกันทั่วสหรัฐอเมริกา แต่สิ่งที่เชื่อมโยงพวกเราคือวัฒนธรรมการทำงานที่คล้ายกัน — การตั้งใจทำงาน เติบโตไปด้วยกัน ช่วยเหลือครอบครัวของผู้คน และในขณะเดียวกันก็ไม่ลืมที่จะใช้ชีวิตอย่างมีความสุขและสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่มีความหมาย

ทริป “7 Perfect Days in Thailand” เป็นอีกหนึ่งความทรงจำที่วณีจะไม่มีวันลืม ช่วงงานเฉลิมฉลอง APAHM และงานของ LACEAAA ฉันมีเวลาเพียงพอที่จะแชร์ภาพเก่า ๆ จาก Instagram ผ่านอีเมลให้สมาชิกสมาคมได้ชมเท่านั้น แต่ยังมีทั้งภาพและวิดีโออีกมากมายที่ยังไม่ได้โพสต์ เลยตั้งใจแบ่งการเล่าเรื่องออกเป็นหลายตอน — สองตอนเกี่ยวกับกรุงเทพฯ และอีกสองตอนจากการเดินทางไปภูเก็ตและหมู่เกาะพีพีทางภาคใต้ของประเทศไทย

วิดีโอแรกเป็นช่วงที่เราได้ไปเยี่ยมชมวัดพระแก้ว และบริเวณด้านนอกพระบรมมหาราชวัง ซึ่งวันนั้นพระราชวังปิดเพื่อรำลึกถึงวันคล้ายวันสวรรคตของในหลวงรัชกาลที่ 9 เมื่อวันที่ 13 ตุลาคม 2559 ในช่วงเวลานั้น สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง ยังทรงพระประชวรอยู่ก่อนเสด็จสวรรคตในเวลาต่อมา ตลอดการเดินทาง เราสัมผัสได้ถึงความรักและความเคารพที่คนไทยมีต่อสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์ในทุกแห่งที่เราไป

นอกเหนือจากวัดวาอารามที่งดงาม ชายหาด และอาหารอร่อย

Life happens… and lately, it has definitely happened to me. 😊
I’m not sure if it was distraction, exhaustion, or maybe even the enemy trying to interfere, but I missed the freeway turn that would have taken me directly to the Thai Lao Church — the destination for my mission this weekend.

But despite the detour, my purpose remains the same: spreading awareness about the importance of life insurance with Living Benefits — protection that can help cover expenses related to terminal illness, critical illness, and long-term care.

On Tuesday, I’ll also be attending a panel event hosted by one of my Boo Sisters, who lost her mother to ovarian cancer at a young age. Moments like these are powerful reminders that life is precious and unpredictable.

What a whirlwind and amazing Mother’s Day Weekend! ✈️🙏🏽❤️

I attended Momentum Builders training via Zoom right from the airport before checking in for a flight with a very tight transfer schedule. Thank God everything went smoothly!

I also had such a wonderful time spending time with young family friends here in Utah. I’ve known them since they were babies in my son’s church home group, and now seeing them grow into responsible young adults makes my heart proud. It’s especially inspiring to watch their mom continue building herself toward financial independence while raising such amazing children.

It truly was a beautiful and productive weekend. Cedar City became my temporary office as I continued helping clients in LA and beyond.

Listening to this morning’s Mindset Monday video confirmed once again that I’m in the right environment and business platform. I’m grateful for the freedom of time — the ability to travel, spend meaningful time with friends, and still access business solutions from top-rated companies approved within our platform so I can serve clients from all backgrounds with care and excellence.
