✅ Portfolio Type
✅ Account Type
✅ Date Opened
✅ Highest credit OR Original loan amount
✅ Date of Account Information

Pulling your own mortgage credit score will prevent a hard inquiry which could have a negative effect on your credit score and also it will allow you to determine if you meet minimal requirements before applying for a home loan.

There’s such a thing as being “too comfortable.” At some point in the past we’ve all been frustrated with our credit scores. Maybe we even heard someone say, “you make enough money but your score is a problem.” We are discouraged and sad in that moment… and then, we go back to living in our “comfortable” lives. That is until that pesky little “dreamer” in us starts to want something MORE again. 🙄

Here’s the thing, that “dreamer” in us will never go away.

People seem to think that when it comes to fixing credit it takes way too long and it’s way too expensive. The truth is doing nothing will cost you 7 to 10 years and thousands in interest payments. This client has been with us for just 60 days and they are seeing excellent results.
