Real estate investors: here's a loan program you should know about.

DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio) loans qualify you based on the property's cash flow, not your personal income.

No tax returns. No W-2s. No personal income verification.

The lender looks at the rental income the property generates versus the mortgage payment. If the property cash flows well enough, you're approved.
