“Employee spotlight”

First we have Clarke Gunn.

Clarke has been here for many years and continues to put work into the business to better it. Clarke does multiple roles. From being our second maintenance man to being another office employee to having an additional truck and trailer when need be. Clarke has been an acting manager at times and does well doing so. He also recently took over what was once Herbs Auto so congrats to him. Thank you Clarke for what all you do.

Next we have Landon Jaworski

Landon has been with us for several years.

Landon was once a full time employee. London is a very strong and respectful man! He has recently graduated highschool and has moved on to start his career in welding. Landon has always been a huge help when he works. He also runs our derby cars and is planning on running at Jefferson county fair in August. Thank you Landon for your dedication here.

Next we have Martin Hoffman

Martin also know as Marty has worked here for a little over a year. Marty is one of if not the hardest working employee we have. Marty won’t stop working until he can’t or we have to tell him to take a break. When someone needs help he jumps right in and helps. Marty is an amazing addition to our crew. Thank you rocky for all you do here.

Today we did 3 part timers and even though they are part time they all leave a huge impact in what we do day to day.

“Employee spotlight”

First we have Shawn Miller.

Shawn is our highest ranking manager. He dedicates lots of his time working here between day to day operations and being our head maintenance man. Shawn won’t quit until the job is done. Shawn has been with us for several years and continues to work hard everyday.

Next we have Troy Smith Sr

Troy is one of our managers and he does lots for the company. From making sure materials are in correct places to being a walking billboard. Troy is one of our founding fathers of the company and has helped us grow day in and day out.

Next we have Troy Smith Jr

Troy also known as Tj is another one of our managers. Tj is another founding father of the company. Tj is our quoter. He quotes many jobs for us. He also enforces our policy and make sure everything gets done safely and in a timely manner.

These 3 do much work for this company and it should never go unnoticed. They all 3 work full time here and do an excellent job. We wouldn’t have a company without them. Thank you fellas for your dedication and hard work you put in.

In the coming days we will be shouting out our part timers. Stay tuned!
