Congratulations to Randy Currie on his 50 years of service with Kaw Valley Bank. Randy is a Topeka native who started at Kaw Valley Bank as a teller in 1976 while attending Washburn University. He has been running the East Branch for over 40 years and is currently a loan officer and Branch Manager at that location. In his free time, Randy enjoys agriculture-related activities and is an avid team roper.

CRYPTO ATM SCAMS ARE ON THE RISE.

Red Flags:

Someone claims to be your bank, law enforcement, a government agency, or a utility company and asks you to use a crypto ATM.

You are told to act immediately, keep the transaction a secret, or lie to your bank or others about the transaction.

You are asked to pay fees, taxes, fines, bail, or protect your account by sending cryptocurrency.

An online acquaintance, investment promoter, or romantic contact asks you to deposit money into a crypto ATM.

Remember that legitimate organizations do not accept payment through cryptocurrency ATMs.
